The Application Procedure

To apply, please provide us with the documents listed below. Unless stated otherwise, all documents should reach us by September 30th for the admittance for the Fall of the same year. Foreign applicants have to apply at least 3 months prior to that date. We prefer that you submit the whole package at the same time, either in person (for local applicants), or via registered or express mail (for out-of-towners). The only possible exception are the letters of recommendation (see below). Please contact our office if you have questions regarding the application process.

1. The Application Form. Please complete, in English, the provided Application Form with the Statement of Purpose. Indicate if you are interested in financial aid by checking the appopriate box. In the Statement of Purpose explain the reasons why you are applying to our program and what are your medium-term goals. Try to be as explicit as possible (but do use more than 500 words). Include as a separate document your Curriculum vitae (CV) in English.

2. Two Letters of Recommendation. The recommenders should complete the following form. Ideally, at least one letter should be written by an academic person (a faculty member with whom you have studied). Your recommendors can send us the letter directly via email, or give it back to you in a sealed envelope (they need to sign across the seal in that case).

3. Academic Transcript(s) and Diplomas. We need to establish that you have completed an undergraduate degree and accumulated at least 240 ECTS or equivalent (i.e. an equivalent of a 4 year college). Towards that end you should submit academic transcript(s) and diplomas (please provide certified translation into English or Serbo-Croatian if the documents are not originally in one of these two languages). Foreign degrees need to be nostrified (validated) by an accredited Serbian academic institution before we can accept you. This procedure typically lasts at least 3-4 months. Please contact our office if you need advice regarding any aspect of the application process.
